It’s very hard to maintain a clear perspective about the majority of rich people when you hear stories of Wall Street bonuses or watch wannabe millionaires Spencer & Heidi Pratt (The Hills couple). In my experience, most of the wealthy people I have met, are also some of the nicest people. Unfortunately, there are also many that think their wealth gives them a license to treat the rest of the world as second class citizens. Just like any other segment of society a few “bad apples” can ruin the bunch.
The problem becomes this: If you think of all rich people as the scourge of the earth, you will have a tough time attaining wealth yourself. You can work 80 plus hours a week and go to the best schools but if you harbor ill-will, money and financial will be hard pressed to find you. It’s as simple as this; your mind will not allow you to become something you despise nor would you want to.
Is this what is holding you back? Well there is no substitute for hard work, however, for anyone you know that plays golf, or any sport for that matter, they will tell you that the mental side of the game is what separates the champion from the field. Rid yourself of your ill-will towards wealthy people. It does nothing but hurt you to feel that they are greedy or power hungry. Make it your goal to be rich and do it right.

Just a small observation, those really rich people, especially those from rag-to-riches type, are very humble. It’s their family members, especially those who know how to spend money only, who are rather proud.
